At FizzyVape, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of disposable vape products, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure product safety and quality control.

1. No Returns on Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened disposable vape products.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or not working upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the defect.
We will review your claim and offer a replacement or refund if it qualifies.

3. Wrong Items Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a return (if necessary) and ensure the correct item is sent out promptly.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once your order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
